Together, they have structured and executed more than US$2.5 billion in hospitality transactions, spanning 12 hotels and multiple branded residential projects. Jerónimo Bremer

Co-Founder & Executive Chairman – BDH

  • Co-Founder & Executive Chairman of the Board at BDH, Besant’s new hospitality investment vehicle specializing in luxury trophy hotels in Mexico and strategically in the Caribbean and Costa Rica.
  • Founding Partner of Besant Capital, a private equity investment firm focused on real estate and hospitality
  • +20 years of experience as an investment manager and entrepreneur with over $2.5Bn in completed investments, primarily in luxury hospitality.
  • Former Vice President at Goldman Sachs, Principal Strategies Group in London.
  • Industry recognition includes awards from The World’s 50 Best Hotels, including One&Only Mandarina as Best Hotel in North America.
  • Holds a degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Cologne (Germany) and ICADE (Madrid).

Fernando Delgado

Co-Founder & CEO – BDH

  • Co-Founder & CEO of BDH, Besant’s new hospitality investment vehicle specializing in luxury trophy hotels in Mexico and strategically in the Caribbean and Costa Rica.
  • +25 years of experience in investment banking, financial consulting, and real estate investment, with over $3Bn in structured transactions.
  • Former Partner at Vertex Real Estate Investors, where he built and led the firm’s hospitality vertical, managing hotel investments totaling over $500Mn in AUM.
  • Industry recognition includes awards from AMEXCAP (Mexican Association of Private Equity) and HOLA currently known as ALIS CALA (Caribbean and Latin American Conference) for landmark hotel transactions.
  • Holds an Industrial Engineering degree from ITESM, an MBA with honors from Chicago Booth, and has passed CFA Levels I and II.

Andrea Grigg

Global Head of Asset Management, CBRE

  • +25 years of expertise in leisure real estate and hospitality, with a focus on asset management across three global regions, luxury resorts, master-planned communities, branded residential and programming consulting.
  • First-hand asset management experience with a wide range of iconic hotels, resorts, and complex hotel portfolios globally, covering high-end properties in key destinations and diverse markets.
  • Member of the Hospitality Asset Managers Association (HAMA) Americas and in the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Resort Development Council.

Development

Carlos Martínez

Regional Construction Director, ICA

  • Former Corporate Development Director at RLH Properties, with extensive experience in the luxury hospitality sector.
  • Seasoned executive with extensive expertise in development and construction, holding leadership roles in nationally recognized companies.
  • Delivered the San José del Cabo Convention Center for the G20 Summit in record time and led the Estadio Azteca renovation project.
  • Civil Engineering graduate from Universidad Iberoamericana, with additional executive education at IPADE Business School.

  • Chairman of Yesawich Holding, an investment and marketing consultancy serving clients in the hospitality and healthcare industries.
  • Co-Founder of MMGY Global, world’s largest integrated marketing communications company for the travel, leisure, and entertainment sectors.
  • Led the development of marketing programs for some of the most respected brands and destinations in the travel industry.
  • Recipient of multiple prestigious awards, former Visiting Associate Professor of Marketing at Cornell University and member of the board of directors of the Travel Industry Association of America.
